Music: Citations

Begin your musical tour here. There's more to music than just notes!

About this page

The resources on this page will help you cite your papers in the Turabian author-date style, which is used by all students in the School of Music.

Examples on this guide are adapted from the Chicago Manual of Style Online and from the 9th edition of Turabian’s A Manual for Writers of Research Papers, Theses, and Dissertations.

(**Note that the second line of all citations should be a hanging indent, but this website does not allow that type of formatting**)
