Linking to Library Resources

Introduction

The library's databases offer a variety of ebook options for you to share with your students. If you'd like to add a link to a specific ebook or chapter in an ebook, please feel free to do so. The instructions on this page will help you, and if you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact Courtney Fuson or Brittany Mountford.

Simultaneous Users - please note that many ebooks are limited to one simultaneous user, depending on the platform and our license agreements. If there is an ebook or chapter that you want a large class to use, please inquire with your library liaison about purchasing a license for additional users.

Linking from EBSCOhost

We have access to over 30,000 ebooks, covering most disciplines, through eBook Collection (EBSCOHost)

Paste the link where you'd like to use it and add https://bunchproxy.idm.oclc.org/login?url=  to the beginning. For the example in the photo, the url would read: https://bunchproxy.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/lib/belmont-ebooks/detail.action?docID=5014914This ensures that students will be required to log-in if they are off-campus. On-campus students will not be affected.
