The Belmont Libraries have entered a Read & Publish Agreement with Oxford University Press Journals. This agreement allows for Belmont-affiliated authors to publish open access in eligible hybrid or full open access journals from this publisher at no cost to the authors, while making those publications openly available at the time of publication. 

The current agreement applies to publications accepted for publication beginning 1/1/2025 and up to 12/31/2027.

Eligibility requirements:

• Corresponding author must be affiliated with Belmont and use their belmont.edu email address
• Publishing in an eligible journal (refer to column E).
• Publishing a research or review article
• Articles in Supplements are not eligible through this agreement; funds should be requested through the Belmont Open Access Publishing Fund

Author Instructions:

• To participate in this agreement with OUP, authors should follow the steps outlined in this step-by-step guide upon manuscript acceptance.
