How do I reserve the Sensory Room?
Go to https://belmont.libcal.com/reserve/student and reserve with the day and time you would like. The reservation link will automatically select 30 minutes, if you would like to reserve for more time please select the drop down menu below the reservation schedule to select your end time (up to an hour).
How do I access the Sensory Room after I reserve it?
The sensory room is located on the 3rd floor of the library next to classroom 300 in office 301. After booking, you will receive an email confirming your reservation which includes a unique 4 digit code that will unlock the sensory room for the time that you reserved.
How long can I use the Sensory Room?
The Sensory Room can be booked for 15 minute intervals up to an hour at a time.
How many people can use the Sensory Room at a time?
Up to 4 people can use the sensory room within one reservation.
What are the hours of operation for the Sensory Room?
