Jobs boards can be a great place to find open internships, or to see what jobs are available in a certain area. Here's a selection of ID specific job boards. Be sure to check company websites and general job boards as well.

AIA Career Center
Try using keywords like 'interior' on this architecture job board to find interior design jobs and internships.
ASID Job Bank
Try using keywords like 'intern' or 'internship' to see what's possibly available.
IIDA Career Center

Professional Organizations

Professional organizations usually have a wealth of information for new designers, including local resources, career help, and a directory of members.

The American Society of Interior Designers. Click on the Find-A-Pro link to find local interior designers.
IIDA
The International Interior Design Association., which has a focus in commercial design. Try clicking on 'chapters' to find a local group to network with.
IDC
